Política de reembolso

Because the scope of our business is to provide digitizing services, we do not have a product return policy. We do return all the original materials provided by client for scanning/digitizing, unless specifically instructed otherwise. Within 15 days of completing your order, if requested, we will provide free of charge replacement DVDs and/or USB flash drives if the original media where we stored your digitized files will:

  • not contain the entire amount of scanned/digitized files;
  • not be readable by your computer due to a fault in the storage device itself;
  • contain corrupted files.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the storage device received with their digitized files is in functioning order. We recommend transferring to your own computer or storage device the digital files received from DittoBee immediately upon receiving your completed order. Requests for replacement storage media received 15 days thereafter will be honored at client's expense that will include shipping, nominal cost of replacement media, and a $25.00 retrieval fee.

We only provide partial refunds on a case by case basis, within 15 days of order completion. By placing a scanning or digitizing order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, or were explained by our representative the terms and conditions of our services, especially with regards to the various scanning resolutions, added services such as photo rotation, scanning in order, noise and scratch removal of slides/negatives scans, DVD and MP4 transfers of videos tapes and movie reels, and any other relevant technical specifications pertaining to your order.
