Shipping policy

After placing a scanning/digitizing order through our web site or by phone, you will receive a confirmation email. A corresponding shipping label in .pdf format ready will follow shortly thereafter. Please make sure that you package your materials in a careful and secure manner, according to our packaging tips page. Do NOT print your shipping label on inkjet printers, unless you are sure to insert it in a weather-proof, clear, shipping label pouch, or are able to otherwise protect it from coming in direct contact with water or liquids during transit.

Standard shipping and handling is $29.99, valid for the contiguous U.S. only. It includes your shipment of your original materials to us and the return shipping of your originals plus the storage device of your choice (DVD, USB Flash Drive or external Hard Drive) back to you.

Every single order we handle will be tracked from the moment it leaves your door, to the moment it gets back to you, via UPS tracking. We go above and beyond the packaging practices of our customers. We make sure that no order leaves our location without being thoroughly inspected for safety and integrity. We are not responsible of any damage that might occur while your package is in transit to or from us.
