Yep. We do that too.

We had an amazingly successful Save Your Photos Day at the Orange County Library in Downtown Orlando on Saturday, September 27th. In conjunction with OXO Digital Organizers and EZ Photo Scanning we were able to help those in the community not only preserve their precious photos digitally but also hear about what do with them once they were digitized.
Here are the top 3 take aways from the event.
1. Get organized.
Although time consuming and sometimes a daunting task it's best to get your photos and items you would like to digitized organized first. This way once they are digital you can actually find what you're looking for. Bonus.
2. Get digitized.
Scan it. Scan it all {PS we can do that for you}. Digital is the future, it's the way we share, easily connect and preserve everything from all disasters.
3. Save it here and there and yes, over there too.
Now you're digitized. Yippee! You can't rely on one DVD or one USB thumb drive or one computer to be responsible for all your digital files. Share the responsibility among a minimum of 3 different outlets. Some examples are a DVD or thumb drive at friend or relative's home or in a safe deposit box. In the "cloud", icloud is a good one so is forever.com. An additional computer in your home or an external hard drive is a great choice as well.
Thank you for all those who came out and took the first step in preserving their memories!
Call us anytime if you need anymore information on preserving your photographs and memories.
The simple joy one {including myself} receives from popping those little pockets of air is quite immense. I'm not sure why it is but everyone I know thinks they're simply irresistible. Besides the fun and joy they bring in popping their true purpose is to protect your precious cargo in shipping.
We receive about 80% of our orders through the mail via UPS and we love when clients take the extra time to ensure their photos are protected from getting damaged. We promise to package them back up exactly how you sent them to us. We recommend grouping your photos with rubber bands to prevent shifting and use cushioning, such as bubble wrap, around them.
We also promise to only pop one or two little pockets of air to ensure there is still plenty of cushion for the ride home. We also hope that you'll make a concert at home popping the rest of them. Enjoy.
I did. Chances are you did too.
Admittedly, sometimes I simply forgot or never got around to getting those promised doubles printed. After all there wasn't text messaging to gently remind me and it took a whole three days to get them printed at Walgreens and finding the negatives was ALWAYS a pain staking task.
I bet that person you promised still remembers they asked for those photos {I remember a few instances when I asked} so what's the solution? Get them scanned and send them the digital images via email or tag them on facebook. What a great way to surprise your friends and family with memories from the past.
With all your photos scanned and digitized you will always be armed and ready for "Throwback Thursdays". Just make sure you start with photos highlighting your MC Hammer pants or sky high bangs.
It's official! We now have four locations available for local drop off in Florida. Jacksonville joins our flagship location in Miami {Coconut Grove} plus our Palm Coast and Orlando {Lake Mary} offices. We can hardly wait to give the same great customer service to the North Floridians as we have to the South Floridians for over 2 years.
